The following is a list of Australian organizations and groups associated with Tibetan cultural, spiritual issues and political struggle. This list was initially compiled during October - December 2005 from sources including Buddhanet. Apologies for out of date information. Updates and corrections are welcome and can be made by contacting Michael Organ. The present listing is arranged into 4 broad groups, and then alphabetically according to the name of the organization or group. More detailed listings of Tibetan Buddhist organizations are to be found at the Buddhanet web site. The groupings within this list are as follows:

Tibet Support Groups - political and human rights groups supporting the 'Free Tibet' cause, the Tibetan Government-in-exile, His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan community in Australia.
